Paramount Investments offers development services on a full service, carte-blanche fee or participation basis. The minimum fee for consulting and advisory is $500 per hour for the Developer with a minimum engagement fee of $10,000. This value-added service is recovered by the client many times over through the value engineering and coordination provided by the Developer.

We concentrate on well-managed developments, providing complete hands-on management and an in-house respect for private placement money received from a select clientele. We seek to borrow as little as possible from institutional lenders.
